It’s been a long two years, my friends. Let’s gather together, in a safe nurturing environment. I’ll facilitate four sessions to step soft and strong into new stories that ease us into whatever is next.
Nourish a new story
a four week online workshop to transition into a new creative space, and create empowering stories.
When: Four Wednesdays: October 27, November 3, 10 and 17
Time: 10 am to 11:30 am Mountain Standard Time
Where: Online via ZOOM
In each 90 minute online session (via Zoom), we’ll WRITE JOURNEY EMBODY and create storypoems. Our inspiration will be songs and stories from different cultures, and playful nurturing exercises guided by facilitator Shebana Coelho. We will learn and use the language of the senses to reflect on all that has passed, strengthen what is already strong and open to the mystery of what is next.
Come just as you are. Be nourished in the natural creativity of your body, spirit, imagination.
Session One
Come as you are: exploring what is present, right now, right here, in the language of senses
Session Two
Strengthen what is already strong: in each of us there is a stone that never erodes, a tree that is forever green. In movement and words, we’ll access this resource.
Session Three
Reflect on the places we went: using the sense of travel and adventure, we’ll go back into past and gently find words to describe it.
Session Four
Surrender to the next step: guided visualizations and meditations to write about the mystery ahead.
