Everyday, we’ll share a 3 hour session to WRITE JOURNEY EMBODY
I’ll guide us with:
a gentle weaving of nature meditations - in nature! -
walks in in view of mountain, and river and sky
mindfulness exercises
visualizations
stretches and movements (yes, even dancing :) to slow the system down and shake things loose +
writing exercises to poetically and plainly excavate where in your life you need to slow down …all to discern a new kind of flow, one that requires listening, especially to silence, especially to what wants to speak.

meditations and movements to deepen our connection to this particular land, the Alpujarras, south of Granada (there may even be spontaneous performances, starting with me, your facilitator :)
LAND
Our focus is on LAND we CAN WALK TO (versus being driven around in cars to places) The whole idea is to PUT YOUR FEET ON THE LAND, literally.
